When does the separate success fee apply?+
A 2.5% fee plus VAT applies only when CostaList or a collaborating agency introduces the successful buyer. It is separate from the six-month listing fee, so you can see both charges before deciding.
Who handles enquiries and viewings?+
CostaList coordinates qualified enquiries. The service includes three local viewing appointments; any additional arrangements can be agreed with you in advance.
