Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Brillux Consulting SL, trading as Clarivenda, handles personal information when you browse the website, create an account, enquire about a property or submit a property for sale.
1. Who is responsible for your data?
Controller: Brillux Consulting SL (CIF B75486811), trading as Clarivenda.
Contact: sales@clarivenda.es · +34 634 178 827.
2. Information we collect
We may collect identity and contact information; account identifiers; property, ownership and cadastral information; photographs and documents; enquiry, viewing and offer records; payment and invoice details; communications; and basic technical information needed to operate and secure the service.
3. Why we use it and our legal basis
- To assess eligibility, prepare and administer a property listing and respond to enquiries: taking steps at your request and performing our contract.
- To verify identity, ownership and authority, keep transaction records and meet tax, anti-money-laundering or other legal duties: compliance with legal obligations.
- To prevent fraud, protect the service and improve operations: our legitimate interests, balanced against your rights.
- To send optional marketing communications: your consent, which you may withdraw at any time.
4. Who receives information?
Information may be shared when necessary with Resales Online and collaborating estate agencies, hosting and IT suppliers, identity or document-verification providers, payment processors, professional advisers and public authorities. We do not sell personal data. Property listings intentionally publish selected property information and photographs, but not the seller’s private contact details or exact address unless separately agreed.
5. International transfers
Where a supplier processes information outside the European Economic Area, we use an applicable legal transfer mechanism and appropriate safeguards.
6. How long we keep it
We retain information only as long as needed for the purpose collected, the listing relationship and any legal, tax, anti-money-laundering, professional-liability or dispute period. Unsuccessful drafts and enquiries are deleted or anonymised when no longer reasonably required. First-party analytics records are retained for up to 13 months.
7. Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection, and may withdraw consent without affecting earlier processing. Contact us at the address above. You may also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) at aepd.es.
8. Cookies, account sign-in and analytics
We use cookies or similar storage that are strictly necessary for security, sign-in and requested website functions. With your consent, Clarivenda also uses first-party analytics to measure page visits, anonymous sessions, engagement time, referring websites, campaign tags, broad device type and click positions. We do not collect IP addresses, keystrokes, form contents or the identity of visitors through analytics. Analytics records are used to improve the website and assess outreach. You can decline analytics when asked or clear this website’s stored preferences in your browser to choose again. We do not use advertising trackers through this system.
9. Security and changes
We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards. No system is completely risk-free. We may update this policy when the service, suppliers or legal requirements change; the current date will appear above.
